These guys are true heros. It was a dirty mess fixing the broken plumbing in our basement but they never flinched. We got a complete explaination of the costs and timelines; they were courteous and respectful of our home, and we've not had any more leaks!

When our air conditioning unit died in the dog days of summer, it was too hot to sleep, to cook or to breath. Prevent Services got us on their schedule, they showed up on time and ready to go, and they were able to replace our old unit with a brand new one the same day they came out. Excellent service, great pricing, financing was available. Now we have the coolest house on the block!

We bought a gorgeous old house with a not-so-gorgeous electrical system. Prevent Services understood that our goal was just to get it in working order again so we didn't have to worry about fire as we gutted and remodeled. They were excellent at patching the system, and helped us understand what could be repaired later and what would need to be ripped out and redone. Everybody else wanted to do that upfront, but Prevent Services understood our goal and worked with us. When we are ready to replace the electric instead of patch it, we will be calling again!
